Anofol s.r.l. is pleased to announce that on March 29th 2010 the Company Board of Directors has taken place at the Anofol headquarters in order to discuss Anofol s.r.l. expansion strategies on Asian market.
To this purpose, it was resolved to establish the Anofol Far East Private Limited, an Indian law company based in Mumbai, in Maharastra State: its aim will be the production and marketing of Anofol products on Asian markets.
The Company start up procedure will be completed by the end of May and, from that moment, Anofol Far East will be fully productive and operating on the Indian market.
